Job Applications are RIDICULOUS

So in my last post I said I'd write in here more, well that was on June 12th and I haven't written since then, but I am now, so I guess its all ok.  I have been trying to find a job and is getting sick of filling out applications.  These friggin applications are ridiculous.  Many of the applications you fill our online have a 25 to 54 page section of questions about how you think and your personality.  That's ridiculous.  When I filled out the application to Radio Shack there was a 54 page section like that and it was timed, you only had 55 minutes to finish it.  All the questions were multiple choice and each page had 4 questions.  First it was stupid you are required to finish it but why is it timed, not that it isn't easy to finish in way less than 55 minutes, but why does it matter if you don't.  And a lot of these applications require a couple references, and usually a good amount of experience.  OK does it really matter how many references I have if I'm applying to say Hot Topic or FYE?  It's friggin Hot Topic!  It isn't some kind of fancy or nice store, it's Hot Topic.  I HATE these applications.  I hope I get a job soon or I'll loose my mind with these applications.

My first really randon post in 2.5 months

So over since my last post not much has happened in my mundane life.  I reorganized my room a little.  I gave my old desktop computer and desk to my grandmother.  I got a new desk.  I FINALLY  have a desk I can sit at and use now.  I got a some new shelf units to hold my stuff.  I got new CD shelves.  And all my new shelf units are black and the all match.  My room looks nice now.  My mom bought me a nice printer for my room.  I have gotten really into the artist Gus Fink, am have bought a bunch of his stuff on ebay.  I now have seven Gus Fink art prints on my walls.  I am FINALLY going to hang that sweet Sublime skateboard on won in an online contest on the wall.  I also FINALLY bought a record player, although it is a piece of shit.  I also have picked up some sweet really cheap records including by the Beatles: "Let it Be", "Magical Mystery Tour", "Revolver", "Abby Road", "1962-1966", and "1967-1970"; "My Aim is True" by Elvis Costello; "Double Fantasy" by John Lennon and Yoko Ono; and "Never Mind The Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols" by the Sex Pistols.  I am really want "London Calling" by The Clash and "Skeletons in the Closet" by Grateful Dead on vinyl.  I am watching both on ebay and will probably bid.  Speaking of ebay since I'm not currently working I am trying to sell whatever I can on ebay.  Check out my crap athttp://shop.ebay.com/merchant/ribzy12_W0QQ_nkwZQQ_armrsZ1QQ_fromZThere is a bunch of crap want to do this summer but won't.  First I want to go to the Eugene Mirman show in Boston this month, but won't.  I want to go to the gallery of the work of Shepard Fairy at the ICA in Boston, but won't.  I really wanted to go to Blink182's reunion, but I highly doubt I'll do that.  I now own a Sega Genesis, an N64 and a GameCube, but I am in no way a gamer and I rarely play any of them.  I also no own a 5' tall Homer Simpson that sings and dances.  My bought it at a yard sale.  I turned 22 this past Monday and I did pretty much nothing to celebrate.  Me, my mother and grandmother went out to lunch.   Bun is having me drive her to the cemetery to water the plants on Grampy's grave several days a week.  I don't know what else to say.  I'll try to blog again this weekend.

I'm Going to Start Writing in Here Again......

Holy shit!!!  Have I really not blogged since March 30th?!?!?!?!  It's probably because I know absolutely no one reads this.  However, since I have no life, no friends and currently no job I think I'm going to start writing in here again.  So all my imaginary friends should get ready....
